Help Support Your Community

The Morris Area Foundation responds to needs identified by local registered charities through a granting process. Local charities can apply for funding once a year. The Foundation’s board of directors reviews the applications and awards the available funds to projects that exhibit need, innovation, and benefit a wide segment of our population.

Through this process the interest earned on your donations helps a wide variety of causes. Since our inception in 2013, more than $7,600 has been distributed to support projects in the areas of:

  • Community service
  • Education
  • Health care
  • Recreation and sport
  • Arts and culture
  • Environment and social services
